CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a courtesy to both our clients and our esthetician’s schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows (those who do not contact us and do not arrive for their appointment) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. We understand that life happens! If you experience an emergency or sudden illness, please reach out as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your situation.
